I think they're just going to give him Kovy's old jersey. Can't afford a new one.

Brunner could honestly turn this team into like a 10th placed team into a playoff team.
Cant believe he went unsigned... he should 100% make the team if he does well

Dude there would've been 34 more games played... we finished 6-4, won 4 straight, team was finally starting to play.

Yes but what if we raised the games played to 100 games a year than Isles may have made it the last few years as well. The season is over when it is, whoever makes it makes it. Sometimes it comes down to luck but the average should cancel each other out.

I'm looking forward to seeing what that second line can do.

Excited to see our young D prospects out there tonight as well as some of our new players like Ryder, Clowe and Brunner. I think if Brunner plays well tonight and does well in the rest of the preseason games, he will be on the ice Oct 3 against the penguins.

I'm more excited to see how Severson plays. He put up damn good numbers last year.

It would be cool if the Devils end up scoring Brunner. He'd definitely give our forwards a lot more "skill"; they need it from the lack of skill from some of our other brash forward checkers.

I'm glad the team is reverting to the puck possession style they played under Sutter rather than the heavy forecheck, but that heavy forecheck served the Devils so well in that playoff run.

They might make the playoffs with this team (if it includes Brunner), but I foresee them struggling with on-ice leadership unless Henrique is ready to step up into that role.

Looking for 4 new managers to join the 20 team "hockeybuzz" fantasy league. This is it's 4th year and it's been a lot of fun. Draft is thursday the 24th, 10pm. So far, half the league has responded and they're good with this date so I'm rolling with it.
